Return & Refund Policy

NOUS PRIONS · FAITH IN EVERY THREAD

At Nous Prions, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand eligibility, return procedures, and refund timelines.

01. Return Eligibility

Contact info@nousprions.com within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached. Trying on an item for fit is acceptable.

Include your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate address. Please send approved returns within 14 calendar days of receiving those instructions.

02. Final-Sale Items

Items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase and personalized items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

These exclusions do not apply to defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed merchandise, or where a return or refund is required by law.

03. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly with your order number, a description, and photos when available.

Reporting within seven days helps us investigate quickly, but does not eliminate applicable legal rights. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping when the issue is our responsibility.

04. Return Shipping

Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind or sizing returns.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns unless required by law. Use tracking and retain your shipping receipt.

05. Refunds

We will inspect returned merchandise and notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Refunds legally due sooner will be processed within the required timeframe.
