Preorder Terms & Conditions

A preorder reserves a Nous Prions item before it is available for shipment. Products sold as preorders will be identified on their product pages.

1. Payment and Shipping Timeframe

Payment is collected in full at checkout unless a different payment schedule is clearly disclosed. Each preorder listing states its estimated shipping date or shipping window. Production time and shipping transit time are separate. Please review the timeframe before purchasing.

2. Production Updates and Delays

We will send material production and shipping updates using the contact information provided at checkout. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you, provide an updated shipping estimate, and explain your option to cancel for a full refund.

We will obtain consent to additional delays when required. If the required consent is not received, we will cancel and refund the unshipped order.

3. Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your preorder by emailing nousprions0104@gmail.com with your order number.

After that period, change-of-mind cancellations are generally unavailable. This restriction does not affect cancellation or refund rights arising from shipment delays, unavailable merchandise, or applicable law.

4. Product Changes

Minor differences in color appearance may occur between screens and physical garments. If a material change to the advertised design, fabric, or features becomes necessary, we will notify affected customers and offer acceptance of the change or cancellation for a full refund.

5. Orders Containing Multiple Items

If your cart includes both preorder and in-stock items, the order will ship together when all items are available unless separate shipping is offered and selected at checkout.
